| Last night, Bisnow stopped by the Museum of Jewish Heritage's 13th annual Heritage Dinner, where real estate vet Larry Silverstein was the man of the hour, honored for his dedication to the museum and Downtown's renewal. |

| Larry's cheering squad (and those behind the WTC's rebuilding): Silverstein's Joshua Shapiro, Jonathan Knipe, David Worsley, and president Janno Lieber. Nothing new to report at Ground Zero, but leasing recently began at the firm's 1.2M-SF Silver Towers complex at 42nd and 11th, the largest rental development in the city. The project is set for an early '10 completion. |
