| Last night at the Yale Club, we found GW's Luther Rice Society Real Estate Alliance (sounds like a secret club, but we must've faked the handshake) hosting a market update from Real Estate Econometrics' president Sam Chandan. Here's Fortuna's Ben Haghani, CBRE's Gregory Kraut, Douglas Elliman's Jeffrey Gardere, Cushman's Josh Kuriloff, Sam, and Eurohypo AG's George Matthews. You know by now that Josh represented Willis Group in leasing (and renaming) the Sears Tower.
