| Advertising agency TBWA Worldwide has decided it wants to stay at 488 Madison a bit longer, inking a 107k SF reup on its lease at the 447k SF building. (If we had such great views of St. Patrick’s Cathedral, we’d probably want to stay, too.) |

| The firm has been at the office building, located between 50th and 51st streets, for almost 15 years. Feld Real Estate’s Lee Feld repped the tenant, while Brian Feil and David Turino repped owner The Feil Org in-house. |
