| Bet we know what Lansco’s Warren Berger (right) wished for when he blew out his birthday candles yesterday. Alas, he didn't win, but he did get to spend quality time with colleagues David Hopkins,Kathleen Earley Hopkins, and Steven Kaplan. We were going to start a rousing rendition of “Happy Birthday,” but accompanist David left his clarinet at home (not only is he a senior managing director—but a composer, band leader, instrumentalist, and recording artist). |

| While we hold you in suspense just a paragraph longer, here's ID Real Estate Partners’ Ira Fishman, Winoker Realty’s Adam Ben-Dayan, ID’s Thomas Claro, and Adams & Co.’s Michael Greenberg. Ira tells us there are signs of market life: namely, he’s aggravated. That means he’s working on deals, he says. The slow summer had been frustration-free. Adam tells us low prices seem to be reviving the commercial condo and co-op markets. He's marketing a floor at 323 W. 39th St. and the few spaces left at 200 Second Ave. |
