BUSINESS Kenneth Breslin and Jayson Siano launched Sabre Real Estate. Kenneth was previously president of Breslin Realty and Jayson co-director of CBRE's Long Island retail services group. Jayson trained under Kenneth a decade ago until he left for CBRE five years ago. The new firm will provide tenant and landlord rep, as well as a group to assist restaurants, franchisors, and francises with growing their businesses. Joining them at the firm are Jeb Bellsey, Doug Bomzer,Jordan Domroe, Russel Helbling, Beth Lamport, Ed Czarniak,Stu Fagen, Fran Picone, Anthony Russo, and Todd SanGiovanni. *** The Ninigret Group launched subsidiary Ninigret Realty Capital, which seeks to take advantage of the current dislocation in the credit and equity markets by funding secured, short-term bridge debt and equity facilities for CRE acquisitions, refinancing, and/or recapitalizations. Erik Dowling is the managing director of originations and Timothy Callahan the managing director of capital markets. EXECUTIVE MOVES Loews Hotels president & COO Jack Adler will retire from the company early next year. He began his career with Loews in '88 and assumed his current role in 2000. Chairman & CEO Jonathan Tischsays the firm will be seeking a president & CEO, and Korn Ferry International has been retained to identify candidates. Jonathan will remain on board as chairman. *** Patrick Breslin joined Studley as EVP of East Coast retail services, playing a key role in the expansion of the firm's retail biz along the Eastern seaboard. He was previously with Grubb & Ellis and also held a position at CBRE. *** Stephen Pearlman joined Cassidy Turley as senior managing director in the firm's capital markets group, responsible for investment sales, debt placements, structured equity placements, loan restructurings, and property sales. He was previously with Houlihan Lokey and held positions at Trammell Crow Co, JLL (and predecessor Jones Lang Wooton), and Manufacturers Hanover Trust. *** Christopher Rivielle joined Tishman Interiors Corp as first VP, responsible for developing new business, growing Tishman's interiors market, and managing construction projects.
