| And Vornado’s not stopping at buildings like One Penn Plaza and 1290 Avenue of the Americas—it still has lots of work ahead, including a five-year goal of slashing energy costs in common areas, Suki tells us. Tenants, particularly large law firms and corporate users, increasingly ask about LEED, Energy Star, and energy efficiency, “so we’re going to make sure our program is robust.
