Yeshiva University unloaded multiple Midtown properties. Brickman Associates and DivcoWest bought 24 & 28 W 25th St and 40 W 25th St (250k SF) for $115M. Colliers' James Murphy, Michael Cohen, Louis Prisco, and Margaret O'Keeffe repped the university. Massey Knakal's Bob Knakal and John Ciraulo repped the university in the $87.5M sale of the 110k SF 920 Broadway at 21st Street (eligible for hotel conversion) and 9 E 38th St between Fifth and Madison (94k SF), plus an adjacent three-story building.

The development site at 39-53 Jay St in Brooklyn's Vinegar Hill, near the expansion of Brooklyn Bridge Park, sold for $25M. Massey Knakal's Stephen Palmese and Winfield Clifford arranged the deal. Colleague Robert Shapiro sold the 58k SF 4740 Broadway rent-regulated apartment building (68 units) at Thayer Street in Washington Heights for $11.3M.

Thor Equities bought the 57-63 Greene St storefronts in SoHo, totaling 15k SF between Broome and Spring streets, and the 15k SF 151 Wooster between West Houston and Prince.

LEASES

Macy's extended its 646k SF office lease at Vornado Realty Trust's Eleven Penn Plaza through 2035, around the corner from its flagship, the country's biggest store.

Alexander McQueen leased mid-block space in SL Green, Jeff Sutton, and Harel Insurance Co's two-story retail co-op at 747 Madison Ave and will move in Q3. CBRE's Susan Kurland arranged the deal.

SL Green signed WPP Group USA to 43k SF at 100 Park Ave, the Federative Republic of Brazil to 30k SF at 220 E 42nd St, and Major Lindsey & Africa to 22k SF at 521 Fifth Ave.

SL Green division Reckson signed Xylem to 67k SF at 1 International Dr in Rye Brook and moved Verizon from that building to 30k SF at 500 Summit Lake Dr in Valhalla. Verizon also extended 4,000 SF at 1 International Drive and extended its lease on 10k SF at 120 W 45th St, known as Tower 45.

comiXology, repped by Coldwell Baker Commercial Alliance's Michael Okun, leased 22k SF in 512 Seventh Ave.Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Michael Dreizen and Matthew Feigen repped the landlord.

Videology, repped by JLL's Jim Wenk and Rhett Miller, leased 16k SF for 10 years in 1500 Broadway, better known as Times Square Plaza. It's relocating within the building. CBRE's Paul Amrich, Patrice Meagher, and Daniel Bodne r repped the landlord, Zapco 1500 Investment.

Brookfield Office Properties signed eight quick-service restaurants for Brookfield Place's dining terrace, part of the former World Financial center's $250M redo. The 600-seat hot spot will include Chop't, Dig Inn Seasonal Market, Dos Toros, Little Muenster, Num Pang, Skinny Pizza, Sprinkles Cupcakes, and Umami Burger. Six more are still to be announced, and the terrace will open in January 2014.

Multifamily investment advisory firm TGM Associates renewed its 11k SF at 650 Fifth Ave. CBRE's Robert Stillman, Paul Haskin, and Zachary Freeman repped the landlords, led by majority owner the Alavi Foundation.

Tofu and bean sprouts manufacturer Mr. Wu, repped by Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates' Linda Wong, leased the one-story, 68k SF warehouse at 750 Summa Ave in Westbury, Long Island. Brown Harris Stevens' David Sargoy repped the owner.

The Fresh Market leased 20k SF in Long Island's Woodbury Common at 8285 Jericho Turnpike. CBRE's Gregg Carlin arranged the deal, the grocer's fourth in the New York metro.

Thrift store Savers leased 19k SF at 755 Larkfield Rd in Commack, Long Island. Sabre Real Estate Group's Beth Lamport and Doug Bomzer repped landlord Allied Properties, and Katz & Associates repped the tenant.

Family & Childrens Agency, repped byCBREs David Block and Barbara Segalini-Stilley, signed 9,000 SF for 10 years at 140 Water St in Norwalk, CT. Silver Pine Real Estate repped the owner, David Anspach.

At 61 Broadway, Broad Street Developments Daniel Blanco, David Israni, and Ramona Huegel signed Rosner Nocera and Ragone (repped by Cushman & Wakefield's Frank Cento) to 8,000 SF. And Integral Consulting, repped by DTZ's Peter Trivelas, and Vincenti & Vincenti (repped by C&W's Michael Burgio and Daniel Organ) leased 5,000 SF each there.

And at Broad Street's 55 Broadway, Excess Line Association of New York (repped by CBRE's Richard Levine) renewed 9,500 SF, and Covala (repped by Colliers' Eric Ferriello) leased 5,000 SF.
