Among Columbia facilities chief Joe Ienuso's responsibilities is the university's 17-acre campus (estimated at a reported $7B) that will stretch from 125th Street to 133rd and Broadway to 12th Avenue— the same size as its existing Morningside Heights campus. The former light industrial site (Renzo Piano planned the pedestrian-friendly redesign) is targeted to finish in 2030. He also designed the first building, the Jerome L. Greene Science Center, which Lend Lease will deliver in 2016. Want to learn more about Columbia's development?
