WTC MILESTONE; THE DEAL SHEET
The World Trade Center reached another milestone yesterday: Silverstein Properties CEO Larry Silverstein, along with 1,000 construction workers and other leaders, topped out on 4 World Trade Center, the first office tower that will be completed and opened on the original 16-acre WTC site.

The Fumihiko Maki-designed tower, at 150 Greenwich St, will total 2.3M SF and is aiming for LEED Gold. A quarter of that is slated for the Port Authority, while another 600k SF will be occupied by the City of New York. The ground floor, plus two levels above and below grade, will be used for retail. Tishman Construction is building the tower, scheduled to open in fall 2013.
