It's been a year since Silverstein CFO Robbin Orbison (flanked by CohnReznick's Debbie Levinson and WeiserMazars' Ron Lagnado) launched the Association for Women Accountants in Real Estate, or AWA+RE, so we dropped by the org's cocktail party Thursday night at River Park on 29th Street to say congrats. Debbie tells us her firm is seeing more and more debt funds forming, as well as even more investment in NYC commercial real estate by both foreign companies and foreign nationals.
