On Friday, The Marketing Directors' Andy Gerringer and Laura Green told us renters and buyers value roof decks, outdoor dining, and courtyards well above wine cellars and screening rooms. Their company surveyed hundreds of residential end users and found fitness options to be the highest and best use of amenity space. Next on developers' lists, though, should be outdoor space, a luxury for New Yorkers, especially.
