Million Dollar Listing star and Nest Seekers International broker Ryan Serhant did just that when he nabbed a brand-new, full-floor, 2k SF apartment with two terraces at 22 Renwick St for $3.7M. He knew the apartment was a rare find for under $4M, so he pounced on the opportunity.
Co-star and Douglas Elliman broker Fredrik Eklund recently grabbed a pad at One Madison in the Flatiron District that overlooks the $20M penthouse he sold to JLo. And they're not the only ones.
Fellow Douglas Elliman broker Tal Alexander bought a prime luxury condo at the New Museum Building at 158 Mercer St. Top-ranked broker and Compass president Leonard Steinberg nabbed a $4.5M two-bedroom at 158 Charles St, noting the building is full of current and potential clients.
