She may be 84-years-old, but she's still got it. Briar Patch is a massive estate in East Hampton, NY, and it's the most expensive home on the market in the entire US, according to Zillow.
The $140M property was built in 1931 on 11 acres, two lots, and 1,156 feet of frontage on Georgica Pond, with views of the Atlantic Ocean, Business Insider reports. Chris Whittle--former Esquire magazine publisher (and co-founder of elite private school Avenues: The World School) and wife Priscilla Rattazzi bought the home in 1989 and commissioned architect Peter Marino to renovate it.
The 10.3k SF main residence has six bedrooms, four fireplaces, a gym, a library, and large porches with views of Georgia Pond.
