David Gialanella Parts Ways With Cushman & Wakefield
David Gialanella has left Cushman & Wakefield.
David had served as the head of Tri-State region for DTZ prior to last year’s $2B merger with Cushman & Wakefield. He may be looking to jump to a competing brokerage, according to The Real Deal.
David spent 20 years at Cushman & Wakefield and has served on its board of directors. When DTZ merged with Cassidy Turley last January, David’s role as head of Tri-State operations went to Cassidy Turley’s Peter Hennesy. Ron Lo Russo is head of the Tri-State area for behemoth C&W.
David’s is the latest in a wave of defections from Cushman & Wakefield that’s been ongoing since the merger with DTZ. The new, combined company has about 43,000 employees and is undergoing a HQ move from New York to Chicago. [TRD]
