Two DTZ Execs Leave for Colliers

DTZ SVP Jeffrey Donnelly (pictured) and associate VP Ulrike Aherns are moving over to Colliers, only a week after the finalization of DTZ’s acquisition of Cushman & Wakefield. Jeffrey will be an executive director, and Ulrike will be a director. Jeffrey’s been with DTZ since 2011 and led its real estate investment banking operation, overseeing a team that’s brokered financing deals across the country and internationally. [CO]
