Vanbarton Group has picked up Riverside Crossing, a 159k SF suburban-style shopping center at 237th Street and Broadway in the Kingsbridge section of the Bronx, for $133M.

It’s the latest acquisition by Vanbarton, which recently picked up properties like 31 Penn Plaza and 47-16 Austell Pl in LIC. Eastdil Secured’s Adam Spies and Doug Harmon repped the sellers, Metropolitan Realty Associates and Angelo Gordon & Co.

Jennifer Cattier has joined Almanac Realty Investors as general counsel and chief compliance officer. Prior to joining Almanac, Jennifer was director and senior counsel for Deutsche Bank. Before that, she worked for 12 years at Morgan Stanley, covering its private investment funds businesses, including as senior counsel and as chief compliance officer for its merchant banking and real estate investing division.

Nestlé Health Science signed a 180k SF lease at the New Jersey Center of Excellence, 1041 Route 202/206 in Bridgewater, NJ. JLL’s Craig Eisenhardt, Robert Ryan and Scott Stange repped the landlords, Advance Realty and CrossHarbor Capital Partners.

Shiseido Comestics signed a 70k SF lease at 900 Third Ave. Savills Studley’s John Mambrino repped the tenant. JLL’s Clark Finney repped the landlord, Paramount Group.

SunGard Financial Systems signed a 41k SF lease at Jersey City’s Harborside Plaza. JLL’s Aaron Ellison and Tyler Vandegrift repped the tenant. The landlord, Mack-Cali, was repped in-house by Tom Savoca and a CBRE team.

Delos signed a 10-year, 22k SF HQ lease at 860 Washington Ave, as the building’s first tenant. JLL’s Aaron Ellison and Joseph Armano repped Delos. Cushman & Wakefield’s Stuart Romanoff, Ross Eisenberg, Amy Fox and Josh Goldsmith repped the ownership, a JV between Property Group Partners and Romanoff Equities.

IMG Worldwide signed an 18k SF expansion lease at 304 Park Ave South. CBRE’s Michael Laginestra, Rocco Laginestra, Christopher Mansfield and Brian Dooley repped IMG Worldwide. Howard Tenenbaum and Gary Rosen repped the landlord, SL Green, in-house.

The Social Edge signed a 12k SF lease at 1001 Sixth Ave. The Viza Group’s Deborah Constable repped the tenant. ABS Partners’ Jay Caseley repped the landlord.

New 32 America signed an 11k SF lease at 34 West 33rd St, and Tous Les Jours Bakery signed a 7,600 SF lease in the building. Adams & Co’s David Levy repped both sides on both deals.

L’Oreal will take a total of 10k SF at 565 Fifth Ave: a 1k SF retail space and 9k SF on the second floor that’ll be used as a training facility. CBRE’s Andrew Goldberg and Preston Cannon repped the tenant. Winich Realty Group’s Jeff Winick, Hal Shapiro and Lee Block repped the landlord, the Chetrit Group, along with Juda Chetrit, who repped the landlord in-house.
