Time Warner’s anchoring the 90-story tower through a 1.6M SF office condo. Related will be taking a chunk of inventory off the market at a complex that’s attracted tenants like Boies, Schiller & Flexner, Coach and L’Oreal. 10 Hudson Yards recently topped off at 52 stories, while the much taller Building 30 is still at least three years from completion. Tishman Speyer also recently nabbed the final piece of land for an assemblage needed for the mega-development’s final building.
