How Eastdil Secured Plans To Recover From Loss Of Douglas Harmon, Adam Spies
Eastdil Secured suffered a big loss to its NYC operations when the top investment sales team in the city, Douglas Harmon and Adam Spies, left for Cushman & Wakefield in the fall. Now, it's structuring its comeback.
Senior managing director David Lazarus (pictured above in 2009) will co-lead Eastdil's NYC office with fellow senior managing director Jeffrey Scott, who's departing Eastdil's DC office, the Commercial Observer reports.
