Here Is The GWU New York Metro Area Walkability Report
The issue of walkability and urbanization, especially relating to commercial real estate, has never been more critical.
The George Washington University School of Business Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis is conducting a series on walkability in major U.S. metros, and it released its New York Tri-State region report Tuesday morning. It is a groundbreaking look at the issues surrounding the region's accessibility, and some of the data and analysis would surprise even lifelong New Yorkers.
