Jeff Levien, who joined The Greystone Bassuk Group in May as managing director from Street-Works Development, can’t do it alone. Here’s his loyal colleague, Butch, dressed and ready to help Jeff finance the next big multifamily development. One reason Butch knows how to rock a tie is experience. He’s been on The People’s Court (his landlord wasn't providing AC) and has been name-dropped on Howard Stern (Jeff’s wife used to sit on the board of Long Island Bulldog Rescue with Beth Stern).
Here's Butch praying the real estate market stays hot. Jeff tells us Greystone Bassuk has more than $1B of construction and permanent financing for large-scale, mixed-income multifamily developments in the works.
