Eastern Consolidated executive managing director and principal David Schechtman (another of our speakers, who, like Ralph, is one of Bisnow’s 2013 SuperBrokers) has completed more than $4.3B of transactions and is regarded as a leader in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens trades and note sales. He also heads Eastern’s loan sales and turnaround services group. The Real Deal has recognized him as one of the 25 most visible NYC real estate players post credit crunch, while Commercial Observer named him a Power Broker twice in 24 months.
