Check Out Brooklyn's New Record-Breaking Condo

A new Brooklyn record has been set, with a condo at 1 John St under contract for $8.8M.
Yes, that's a measly sum compared to the $100M sale at One57, but it's still $1M more than Brooklyn's last record, another Dumbo sale at the Clock Tower seven years ago.
One John St is a boutique condo with 42 units. Its sales office isn't even open yet—the model apartment opens next month—and it's already sold all but nine units. [NYP]
