Greenland Forest City Switches Marketing Companies For First Pacific Park Building
Greenland Forest City Partners is switching marketing companies for 550 Vanderbilt Ave., the first finished building of its Pacific Park megaproject in Brooklyn.
Completed in 2015, 550 Vanderbilt is 65% sold, with over 100 units still available, from studios and one-bedrooms all the way to townhouses and penthouses, at an average price of around $2M. With only 27 condos sold in the second half of 2016, the joint venture of Greenland USA and Forest City Ratner have split with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group for Nest Seekers International, The Real Deal reports.
Ryan Serhant of Nest Seekers will now head up marketing for the 278-unit building, whose owners have so far refused to drop prices. Pacific Park has more recently delivered the 100% affordable 535 Carlton, with more buildings yet to come. Forest City Ratner CEO MaryAnne Gilmartin told TRD the split with Corcoran was amicable.
