Hudson Yards may be one of the newest and most luxe office destinations in New York, but one of its multifamily components might soon boast its biggest draw.

Henry Hall, a new residential high-rise at 38th Street, stands 33 stories tall with 225 apartments and such over-the-top amenities as a "jam room" filled with Fender Stratocaster guitars. The Imperial Cos. building's flagship amenity, however, might be Legacy Records, the dining concept from Delicious Hospitality opening on the building's first two floors in the fall, according to Bloomberg.

Delicious also own Charlie Bird and Pasquale Jones in Downtown Manhattan, but Legacy Records — named for the recording studio that used to stand on the site — will have a heavy focus on the drinks side. The wine list will be curated by Arvid Rosengren, 2016 winner of the world's best sommelier competition, and the cocktail list will be handled by Jeff Bell, named by Tales of the Cocktail as the best bartender in America.

Legacy Records will have an 85-seat dining room on its first floor, accompanied by an all-day café, while the second floor will have a main bar, a wine lounge, private dining rooms and an outdoor area. One of the restaurant's walls can slide to open completely, onto a five-block park the city is currently building.

The ambitious concept will join Jose Andres' food hall as the second high-profile dining destination in Hudson Yards as the new neighborhood seeks to give itself day-and-night appeal.
