Hudson Yards Newest Rental Building Launches Leasing, Starting Over $5K/Month
The Hudson Yards neighborhood's newest rental property is ready to sign up its first tenants.
One Hudson Yards, across the street from the south edge of the country's biggest private development, is a 33-story multifamily building with 178 one- to three-bedroom apartments, with a four-bedroom penthouse on the top floor. Developed by Related Cos., One Hudson Yards has an exterior designed by Davis Brody Bond, and an interior and amenities designed by Andre Kikoski.
The amenity list is breathtaking, featuring multiple terraces, full-service kitchens and outdoor barbecues, an 82-foot pool, a plunge pool, a salt pool and a hot tub, all complemented by a spa with a sauna and steam room, connected to an Equinox fitness center.
Also in the building: a half-court basketball court, a bowling alley, a game lounge with a pool table, foosball and shuffle board, and a children’s playroom with a custom climbing gym. The building offers a "fresh air supply," as well as on-site parking, personal storage and bicycle storage, pet grooming and day care.
With a location, construction and amenity list commensurate with its Class-AA status, rents start at $5,095 per month for units with 10-foot ceilings and extra-tall windows featuring unobstructed views of the High Line, Hudson River and the Hudson Yards development proper. Tenants will also benefit from exclusive deals at Hudson Yards' incoming luxury dining options from chefs such as Thomas Keller, David Chang and José Andrés.
CORRECTION, AUG. 8, 2:30 P.M. ET: A previous version of this story said that One Hudson Yards was a part of the Hudson Yards development. The project is in the Hudson Yards district, but is not a part of Related and Oxford Properties Group's megaproject.
