Rabsky Group Plans Mixed-Use Towers in South Williamsburg

Placeholder

The Rabsky Group filed an application with the city for a rezoning and two mixed-use towers at 249 and 334 Wallabout St in South Williamsburg’s Union Triangle. The full-block development would have 622 market-rate rental units, 155 affordable units and about 32k SF of retail. Right now it’s zoned for industrial use. The Rabsky Group paid Pfizer, the drug maker, $12.8M for the site in 2012. The site sits a couple of blocks from the Marcy Houses, where Jay Z predicted Brooklyn’s resurgence over freestyle beats in building lobbies in the early 1980s.
