Food Hall Coming to 230 Park
For those who like to stretch out after a meal, 10k SF of dining space is coming to the Vanderbilt and 45th corner of 230 Park, aka BOMA/NY’s Pinnacle Award winner for Historical Building of the Year. Above is C&W's Andy Toland and Monday Properties' Hani Salama, who manages the building, at the awards on Thursday at Chelsea Piers. Urban Space, will curate 20 to 30 regional chefs and vendors there, following its Mad. Sq. Eats, Broadway Bites, and Dekalb Market pop-ups.
At the Pinnacles, Vornado’s Joanne Porrazzo (right, with SL Green's Pat Revellese) became the third consecutive woman to win Manager of the Year (10 or more years of experience) for her work at 90 Park, and she’ll soon become manager at 1290 Ave of the Americas. Vornado’s 2 Penn Plaza won the Earth Award, and its 731 Lex (Bloomberg’s HQ) won the Corporate Facility award. And Silverstein took home its first Pinnacle, for new construction with 4 WTC, where Bisnow is hosting its fifth annual NYC Multifamily Summit March 27.
