So many people tell us their real estate craft is really a creative endeavor, and we love the ideas that keep rolling in for where Google can go for the 600k SF of office it’s looking for in New York. Adrian Lally, who works in Omnicom’s corporate real estate department, suggests a suburban campus on Long Island, perhaps taking over Belmont Park or the Nassau Coliseum. (The open workstation layout is already done for Google, above, plus Google Long Island’s hockey rink would totally trump the Silicon Valley campus’ ping pong table.)
