Financial Firm Take 125k SF At Brookfield Place
London-based interdealer broker Tullett Prebon is taking 125k SF at 200 Vesey St. in Lower Manhattan, a building that is part of the Brookfield Place complex.
Tullett will occupy the full fifth floor and part of the sixth floor, Crain’s New York Business reports.
Asking rent was in the upper $50s/SF. The deal is good for 15 years, and the firm plans to make the move next year.
Brookfield Place has been steadily filling a void of about 3M SF left when Merrill Lynch vacated in 2012.
Earlier this month, Royal Bank of Canada renewed its 400k SF spread at the complex.
JLL’s Scott Panzer and Shannon Rzeznikiewicz repped Tullett, and Brookfield Property Partners repped itself in-house.
