Details Emerge on Possible Salesforce Sublease at 1095 Sixth Ave
We’ve known since August that Salesforce could be taking a big footprint at Ivanhoé Cambridge and Callahan Capital Properties’ 1095 Sixth Ave. Now some details are emerging. A Cushman & Wakefield team of Bruce Mosler, John Cefaly, Robert Lowe and Ethan Silverstein are reportedly representing MetLife in a sublease deal for 300k SF.
Cushman’s Gus Field is repping Salesforce. He’s repped the company before on big leases like the one that brought it to its namesake San Francisco tower in that city’s biggest office lease ever.
In March, it came out that MetLife would free up a total of 415k SF in the building when it leaves for good by Q2 ’17. A sublease from MetLife could last until 2029. [CO]
