Intermix To Move Offices, Signs Lease For Two Stories In Herald Square Building
Intermix is moving its offices to a glossy building in Herald Square.
The luxury-oriented retailer and Gap Inc. subsidiary will move from its previous offices a few blocks north, at 1440 Broadway, to nearly 81K SF at 111 West 33rd St. Its offices will take up the full eighth and ninth floors of the building near Penn Station and Madison Square Garden, the New York Post reports.
Gap signed the lease for the space with a reported asking rent of $62/SF, represented by CBRE. The building's owners, Empire State Realty Trust, were represented by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and its own leasing vice president, Keith Cody.
111 West 33rd St. will soon boast a new lobby that opens up on 112 West 34th St. to welcome its newest tenants.
