NewYork-Presbyterian On The Hunt For Up To 500k SF
NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital has commenced a search for up to 500k SF of offices to consolidate its administrative footprint in NYC.
The hospital system has narrowed its search down to a short list of specific properties, including RXR’s 237 Park Ave, Brookfield’s One New York Plaza (above), and Fosun Realty’s 28 Liberty, The Real Deal reports.
Cushman & Wakefield’s John Cefaly and Michael Burgio are tasked with finding and locking down the space. Earlier this year, NewYork-Presbyterian signed a 15-year lease for about 10k SF at 463 Seventh Ave. That lease upped the hospital’s space in the building to 55k SF.
It's not known whether that space will be retained or whether the operations it houses will be transferred to the new, much larger space. [TRD]
