Silicon Valley Law Firm Headed For Hudson Yards

Law firm Cooley LLP appears headed for 55 Hudson Yards out of the curved Grace Building at Bryant Park.
Among the Silicon Valley-based firm’s biggest claims to fame is heading up Snapchat’s ongoing IPO campaign. The firm is in the late stages of negotiations for new space at the far West Side office tower, The Real Deal reports.
Cooley will leave behind about 85k SF at 1114 Sixth Ave. There is no word yet on the size of the deal, or what the law firm will pay for the new space. Asking rents at 55 Hudson Yards run between $85/SF and $105/SF.
Cooley’s clients have included a who’s who of Silicon Valley titans — eBay, Facebook, Google and Twitter among them.
