Helen Hwang Leaves Cushman for Meridian’s Investment Sales Team
Helen Hwang has left Cushman & Wakefield to join Meridian Capital Group’s recently launched investment sales division. She’ll be a senior EMD for the new division and she’ll focus on institutional clients and large-cap deals.
Helen’s been with Cushman for 16 years, most recently as EVP of investment sales. Her recent large assignments have included marketing a development site at 143-161 East 60th St for Worldwide Group, which Kaufu Properties recently picked up for $300M.
Helen’s the latest in a round of recent defections from Cushman’s investment sales team as the firm adjusts to its new role as an affiliate of DTZ and prepares to move its HQ to Chicago. [TRD]
