GFI Realty Services Grows The Mall
GFI Realty Services senior director and broker Erik Yankelovich tells us his firm will be the exclusive agent for The Mall at 148th Street in the Bronx's Melrose neighborhood. The 62k SF building, in operation since '08, hosts established national retailers and office tenants and includes 24k SF of air rights with in-place structural beams that allow for two more stories of community facilities space like a universal pre-K. Tenancy includes anchor Walgreens, Sleepy’s, and Lucille Roberts.
