The Four Seasons Restaurant Is Headed For 280 Park Ave

After more than a year of speculation, The Four Seasons Restaurant officially has a new home.

The famous eatery has signed a 19k SF lease at Vornado and SL Green’s 280 Park Ave, with a planned opening in 2017. Make your reservations now, because this July, the iconic Seagram Building location will take its place as a relic of NYC history.

The Four Seasons' new landlords offered millions of dollars in concessions to assist with the build-out at the new location, according to the New York Post.

The restaurant is reportedly leaving because landlord RFR Realty declined to renew its leaseCBRE’s Michael Laginestra and Michael Geoghegan repped The Four Seasons and Vornado’s Glen Weiss and SL Green’s Steve Durels repped the landlords.

The new space will be a considerable downsize from the current location, which was a full 10k SF bigger. Memorabilia from the Seagram Building location, which has been in operation since 1959, will be auctioned off this July. [NYP]
