The First NYC 365 By Whole Foods Will Be In Brooklyn
The first 365 by Whole Foods Market, the grocery chain’s lower-cost version, has signed its first lease in the Tri-State Area in Downtown Brooklyn.
The location will be at Two Trees Management's 300 Ashland, a 35-story, 379-unit residential development in Fort Greene. The building opened to residents over the summer. The new store is slated to open in early 2018.
The neighborhood’s residential population has exploded in recent years, fueling concerns of an oversupplied market, even as the area's retail scene has remaining holes to plug.
SCG Retail’s Jacqueline Klinger repped Whole Foods.
