Commercial Real Estate Pricing Remained Flat In January, With Office, Retail And Industrial Price Growth Contracting

Commercial real estate pricing remained flat in January, with office, retail and industrial markets experiencing a contraction in growth.

That's according to online real estate transaction marketplace Ten-X's CRE Nowcast, which uses proprietary technology, Google trends data and investor surveys to determine what's happening with CRE pricing in real time. Though commercial pricing growth was somewhat anemic last month, year-to-year gains remain 8.1% higher than this time last year.
