6 Cool New Hotels In Dallas-Fort Worth

Robust demand for hotel rooms in the Metroplex has spurred developers to add to DFW's stock of hotel rooms at a brisk pace in the last few years. And these are not just bland rooms in standard hotels.

A slew of new niche hotels, redeveloped buildings and otherwise cool hospitality properties have recently completed or are under development — there were 19,000 rooms in the pipeline as of late last summer, according to Lodging Economics, and many of those are starting to hit the market.

Tech-driven regional markets were key in keeping national office fundamentals strong last year, according to the latest report from Cushman & Wakefield.
