There are not many property markets around the world that have to worry about the fallout from the extra-judicial poisoning of former spies and their families. 

But London's luxury property market is so inextricably intertwined with Russian wealth that it cannot help but be influenced by the ongoing row between the U.K. and Russia over the poisoning earlier this month of former military intelligence officer Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia.
