Commercial Real Estate Pricing Remained Flat In January, With Office, Retail And Industrial Price Growth Contracting

Commercial real estate pricing remained flat in January, with office, retail and industrial markets experiencing a contraction in growth.

Though commercial pricing growth was somewhat anemic last month, year-to-year gains remain 8.1% higher than this time last year. Ten-X senior quantitative strategist Chris Muoio said the one-month stall should not cause investors concern.
