The first Net Zero Energy housing in Arizona, MZ Townhomes, opened earlier this year, setting the standard for eco-friendly luxury living. MODUS Development's Ed Gorman was able to bring this revolutionary project to Old Town Scottsdale by combining his knowledge of technology and design with his background in real estate development.
