Short seller Viceroy Research released a new report about Arbor Realty Trust on Thursday, accusing the mortgage REIT of fraud and sending its stock down almost 5%.

Marcus & Millichap Posts Fourth Consecutive Quarterly Loss  

Investment sales brokerage Marcus & Millichap recorded a loss of about $10M in the first three months of 2024, the firm's fourth consecutive quarter in the red. 

The Southern California-based firm's loss was up 72.4% from the $5.8M deficit it reported in Q1 2023, according to its first-quarter earnings report.
