Despite ther rise in mobile computing—it's solidly on track to outpace desktop computing, new systems won't ever replace human contact in CRE; they'll just leverage time and marketing dollars better. And there will also be greater transparency in the industry. That's according to a panel moderated by Sperry Van Ness-Irvine office president Burton Young at the recent Sperry Van Ness/SVN Management Broker Forum at the Pacific Club in Newport Beach. Panelists included Prospect Now president Steve Wayne; ClientLook VP John Dawson; CoStar senior account exec Erik Koentje; and REI Wise VP Brendan Erickson.
