| As the supply of mid- and larger-sized properties continues to decline, Mike Vernick adds that OC industrial property values will appreciate. Voit recently repped Classic Performance Products, a producer of aftermarket parts for classic automobiles, in its $5.9M purchase of 378 E Orangethorpe Ave in Placentia. The seller, Lincoln Imports, was repped by CBRE’s Erik Wanland and Sean Ward. |
