Voit, RiverRock Join Forces

Voit Real Estate Services and RiverRock Real Estate Group have teamed up, with RiverRock as Voit’s provider of management services in SoCal, while Voit will provide brokerage services to RiverRock. Anaheim-based Voit, founded in 1971 by Bob Voit as a development company, recently restructured to a broker-led organization with Eric Hinkelman, former executive managing director of the firm, as CEO. Newport Beach-based RiverRock specializes in commercial, industrial and retail management.
