MCA Realty Sells Brookhollow Freeway Showroom Center's Final Building For $3.3M
MCA Realty recently sold the last building in the Brookhollow Freeway Showroom Center for $3.3M to WTW Properties.
The facility, an 87,609 SF multi-tenant retail project at 154 East Warner in Santa Ana, has four buildings, three of which were previously sold by MCA two years ago for a total of $16.8M.
The sale of the fourth building, a 13,072 SF showroom occupied by Wine Exchange, brings the investment full cycle, according to MCA Realty principal Tyler Mattox.
MCA Realty initially bought the property four years ago for $9.5M.
MCA Realty made improvements to the property's exterior and interior and the façade and landscape.
Colliers International Senior Vice President Joe Winkelmann, Senior Associate Nick Velasquez and Executive Vice President Michael Hartel repped MCA Realty as the seller.
Lee & Associates Senior Vice President Ryan Swanson and Senior Associate Chris Conway repped buyer WTW Properties.
