Marwaha Group Affiliate Adds To Portfolio With TownePlace Suites

An affiliate of Marwaha Group in Anaheim just bought the TownePlace Suites hotel in Vista from Carlsbad's TMACK Melrose LLC for $15M.
The hotel sold for around $159k/room.
Marwaha Group's MG Hospitality division will run the hotel. Marwaha plans to develop and buy more hotels, according to the Orange County Business Journal.
Titan Hospitality in Pasadena repped the buyer and the seller. [OCBJ]
