North OC Industrial Selling at Pre-Recession Prices
Turner Real Estate Investments sold two properties at Turner Crossing Anaheim in Anaheim, including a 14k SF industrial building at 1347 N Blue Gum St (pictured), and a 30k SF building at 1311 N Blue Gum St, which the seller says fetched the highest price per SF for a 20k SF to 30k SF building in the submarket since '08. “The North Orange County industrial market is facing record low vacancy coupled with high construction costs and escalating land values,” Turner CEO Rusty Turner says. CBRE's Tom Caplan brokered the 1347 N Blue Gum deal, while DAUM Commercial's Steve Crane brokered the 1311 N Blue Gum deal.
