Trumark Pitching $55M Condo Project Near Platinum Triangle
Trumark Homes plans to build a $55M, 155-unit condo community on an industrial site on South Lewis Street in Anaheim's urban core, just north of the Katella Grand apartment complex on East Katella Avenue. Plans call for two- to four-bedroom units, ranging from about 1,600 SF to nearly 2,100 SF, 435 ground-level parking spaces, a pool and a small park.
Trumark has submitted the plan to the City of Anaheim Planning Department for review, according to the OC Register. Since the site is in an area zoned industrial, Trumark has requested a zoning change for the site and inclusion in the 820-acre Platinum Triangle.
The Planning Commission is expected to consider the plan by mid-2016, and if approved, construction could begin in 2017.
Trumark’s condo proposal is the only for-sale planned in the Platinum Triangle so far. [OCR]
